Rustic Campfire Beef and Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Small Yellow Onion diced
- 4 Medium Russet Potatoes peeled and sliced
- 8 oz Cheddar Cheese grated
- 1 10 oz Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 10 oz Can Cream of Potato Soup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning
- 1/3 Cup Crispy French Fried Onions
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a 10″ cast iron skillet or a small casserole dish, evenly distribute the ground beef and press it down.
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper to taste.
