For the Lobster Tails:
- 4 lobster tails
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh basil chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
Prepare the Lobster Tails:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut down the center of the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail fin.
- Gently pull apart the shell and lift the lobster meat out, keeping it attached at the base of the tail. Lay the meat on top of the shell.
Make the Herb Butter:
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, basil, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Season the Lobster Tails:
- Brush the herb butter mixture generously over the lobster meat, making sure it’s well coated.
Bake the Lobster Tails:
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Serve:
- Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining herb butter.
- Serve the lobster tails with lemon wedges for squeezing over the top.
