Iron Musket Strawberry Shortcake
Ingredients
- 75 g strawberry syrup
- 8 g strawberry jello mix
- 1 g guar gum
- 40 g cool whip fate free
- 1.5 g pectin
- 35 g vanilla whey powder
- 180 g frozen strawberries
- 30 g light cream cheese
- 1 g salt
- 10 g stevia
- 6 g cheesecake jello mix
- 240 g ice
- 6 g dried strawberries
- 30 g graham crackers
Instructions
- In a blender combine strawberries and graham crackers by pulsing 10 times
- Add rest of ingredients and blend for 1 minute on high
- Pour into dish
- Sprinkle crumbs
- Top with whip cream
