Instant Pot Chicken Fajitas
Ingredients
- 2 medium frozen chicken breasts
- 1 bag mixed veggies
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- cheese for garnish
- sour cream for garnish
Instructions
- Place two frozen chicken breasts in the bottom of the pot.
- Add a bag of mixed veggies (onions, green peppers, and red peppers).
- Sprinkle a packet of taco seasoning over top.
- Mix everything together.
- Cook on manual setting for 12 minutes.
- Garnish with cheese and sour cream.
