Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix all ingredients except milk and olive oil in a large bowl.
- Add milk and combine thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into four mini loaves.
- Drizzle olive oil over the loaves.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
