If you like egg rolls, you’ll love this recipe! These unstuffed egg rolls taste just like Chinese egg rolls, but without the carbs!
This recipe has become so popular everyone keeps requesting it! It has definitely become one of my most popular recipes by far. Everyone loves it because it is low carb, diabetic friendly and keto approved. If you’re looking for something different to add to your healthy menu, this is a must try recipe for sure.
Unstuffed Egg Rolls tastes just like the egg rolls from your favorite Chinese take out but it is so much healthier. So next time you are craving egg rolls but want to stick to your diet, try this instead. So delicious and worth making! My kids love this dish too, it’s a favorite at our house now. My daughter will even take leftover to school the next day in a thermos, if there are any left. I usually end up doubling the recipe when I make it now because it’s such a favorite at our house.
I like to use spicy sausage in this as well. You can even use half spicy sausage and half regular sausage for some extra flavor. Feel free to add some more spices as well. Every time I make this dish I like to change it up a little bit, experiment with different spices and flavors to see which I like best. A recipe should always be a guideline that you can change up and make your own. Yes some recipes are left as is because they have already been tweaked to perfection, but most you should adjust to your liking.
This dish is also great to take to a pot luck. Recipe can easily be doubled. I guarantee everyone will be asking you for the recipe, its that amazing!
