The BEST and EASIEST banana bread recipe ever!! So popular, you need to make this today!
I am always getting requests for easy, delicious recipes. After all who doesn’t like easy right? Well this four ingredient banana bread is only four ingredients (like the title says!) and only takes a couple of minutes to whip up!
Last time I went grocery shopping I bought a few extra bananas just so I could try out this recipe. I decided to make it last night while I was cooking spaghetti for the kids. Since it’s such a quick recipe I was able to make it while watching the pasta cook.
Four ingredients in your mixer to mix and then you’re putting it in the oven. I decided to use a bundt pan for it and it baked up beautifully!
This four ingredient banana bread or banana cake as my kids called it was a hit! They loved it! It made a nice dessert for them last night.
You can slice this and spread butter on the slices, while it’s still warm which tastes amazing! Or you can top with some icing after it cools down. It’s also perfectly delicious as is. If you decide to add chocolate chips before baking it gives it an extra sweet taste and that way you may not need the icing. You can also leave them out or use any kind of nuts instead. Raisins are also an option.
As the kids were heading to the park after supper I saw them grab a second piece! I love it when I bake something they really enjoy!
This would be great for a bake sale or to take to a party as well. Banana bread is always so popular!

I need egg substitute recipes. Have u tried this with Eggbeaters?
Love those Eggs says
Unless you are allergic to eggs or egg yolks, just use regular eggs. Eggs are not the little monsters they are accused of being.. The sugar in the chocolate chips and flour in the cake mix will do more to raise your cholesterol than any eggs. Eating Eggs regularly cholesterol raises the good cholesterol and lowers the bad cholesterol.

If I make this in a 9 x13 pan how should it bake?

I would bake 5-10 min longer, check frequently and use a toothpick to check for doneness.

Been making this for a long time. 1cake mix ( your choice), 2 eggs, 3 bananas. Makes 1 loaf. I double this and make 2 smaller loaves. ( use tin foil pans. A little smaller but also a good size. 2 go into the freezer for later and we eat one. stock up on the cake mixes when they go on sale and you are always ready to make. Enjoy.
