For all the cabbage lovers out there! Lately I’ve been making a lot of cabbage recipes. This bacon ranch cabbage is delicious fried up with some bacon and this recipe is to die for!
If you are following a low carb diet this is perfect for you! I love it and make it usually at least once a week. The flavor is amazing and its simple to make! Great for a weekday dish.
When I’m in a rush and I’m making this I will take a shortcut and use the bagged coleslaw mix instead of chopping a whole head of cabbage. A head of cabbage is so ridiculously cheap though, that it’s a price vs convenience thing on whether you use the coleslaw mix or a head of cabbage. When using the packaged coleslaw, you do get some carrots in the mix usually and that just adds a little something extra to the dish which is great!
